Note: This is a placeholder privacy policy pending formal legal review. It accurately reflects our current data practices but has not been reviewed by legal counsel.

1. Information We Collect

Contact form data: When you submit our contact form, your name, email address, company name, and message are processed by Formspree, our form processing provider. This information is collected for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Scheduling data:When you book a discovery call using our Calendly integration, your name, email address, and any other information you provide during scheduling are handled directly by Calendly. Please refer to Calendly's privacy policy for details on how they handle this data.

Web server logs: Our hosting provider, Vercel, may collect standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is standard practice for web hosting services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and contact form submissions
  • To schedule and facilitate discovery calls and meetings
  • To understand how visitors use our website and improve the user experience
  • To communicate with prospective and current clients about our services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

Formspree — Handles contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form, your data is transmitted to and stored by Formspree. See Formspree's Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our website does not use marketing pixels, advertising cookies, or behavioral tracking technologies. We do not set first-party analytics cookies.

Our hosting infrastructure through Vercel may use cookieless analytics to measure aggregate traffic patterns. This data is not linked to individual users and does not include personally identifiable information.

Third-party services (Calendly, Formspree) may set their own cookies when you interact with their embedded functionality. Please review their respective privacy policies for details.

5. Analytics & Performance Monitoring

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This helps us see which pages are most useful and how people navigate our content — so we can keep making it better.

Vercel Analytics collects no cookies and no personal data. Visitors are identified by a temporary, anonymized identifier that expires after 24 hours and cannot be used to identify any individual. We receive only aggregated data: pages viewed, general location (country/region), device type, and browser. No names, email addresses, or IP addresses are stored.

We also use Vercel Speed Insights to collect Core Web Vitals — performance metrics like page load time and layout stability. This data is anonymous and helps us ensure a fast, smooth experience for all visitors.

All usage data and performance metrics are processed by Vercel. See Vercel's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions received through Formspree are retained for legitimate business purposes, including responding to your inquiry and maintaining records of client communications.

If you would like your information deleted, you can request this by contacting us at the email address listed below. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you
  • The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • The right to request deletion of your personal data
  • The right to object to or restrict processing of your data
